IPA
I set myself the challenge of only using ingredients I have in, mainly because I’m skint, to make a tasty brew. And since I still have an abundance of hops in I went for the obvious – an IPA.
Fruity brews
For quite a long time we’ve had a selection of frozen fruit in the freezer not being used up, and finally Trixi decided it was coming out to make room for more important food.
The test is over
That past month went quickly! Due to work commitments I’ve not been able to do as much as I had hoped, however all 5 brews are now complete (the final brew – First Gold – is ready to bottle, although sadly I haven’t had time to dry hop it) and most have been tasted with varying results.
Dry hopping
Just a quick update from the weekend this time around, first up – bottling the Bramling Cross.
